Order Processing
All orders are processed Tuesday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Calgary, Alberta.

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match the credit card details. If this information doesn’t match, we may cancel the order.
All payment transactions are securely encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Credit card information is stored securely and never visible in full to our staff.
Fraud Protection
To protect our customers and our brand, The Color Leaf reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious.

All U.S. orders are shipped from Canada. Duties, import taxes, and FDA fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
*While many of our products fall under CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement) and are duty-free, FDA inspection and processing fees may still apply.
Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 2–3 days, check your spam folder or contact us.
*Once a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. For delays, please contact the carrier directly.
Missed Deliveries
Shipping carriers will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of all packaging and damaged items

Keep all materials, including the shipping label

Email us at [your email] with the photos and tracking number
We’ll handle the claim with the carrier. Claims without photos cannot be processed.
Duties, Taxes & Fees (U.S. Orders)

CUSMA may exempt you from import duties, but FDA fees may still apply
