Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, original condition to qualify for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us First

Email to request return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for return.

2. Prepare Your Package

  • Carefully pack the item(s) with:
  • A copy of your invoice
  • Your email address

A short note explaining the return reason

If you don’t have the original packaging, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope. Items damaged in return transit will not be eligible for refund.

3. Labeling for U.S. & International Returns

  • Description: “Used printed materials – return”
  • Declared Value: $0.05 per item

Failing to declare properly may result in duties, taxes, brokerage, or other fees for which you will be responsible.

4. Ship To

Return address and full instructions will be provided via email after your return is approved.

Please use USPS (U.S. customers) or Canada Post (Canadian customers) for your return shipment.

Refunds

If the returned product is accepted (unused and undamaged), we will refund the purchase price including tax (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and reflect on your card

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed

  • Your bank may take up to 7 business days to post the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
