Shipping
A: Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday (excluding Canadian statutory holidays) and usually ship within 1–2 business days from Calgary, Alberta.

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total (before tax), destination, and shipping method, and free shipping is available on qualifying orders.
A: Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking. If you don’t see it within 2–3 days, check spam or contact support.
A: If the carrier can’t deliver and the package is returned, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
A: Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items, keep all materials (including the shipping label), and email the team with photos + tracking number. Claims without photos can’t be processed.
A: Duties/fees are not included at checkout. U.S. orders ship from Canada; import duties/taxes and potential FDA fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Product returning
A: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
A: Email first to request return authorization, including your order number and reason. Pack the item carefully (include invoice + your email + a short note). If the item is damaged during return shipping, it won’t be eligible for a refund.
A: The policy requests labeling as “Used printed materials – return” and declaring $0.05 per item. Incorrect declaration may result in duties/taxes/brokerage fees you’ll be responsible for.
A: Not at this time. If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.
A: If accepted (unused + undamaged), refunds cover the purchase price including tax, but exclude the original shipping fee. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process; your bank may take up to 7 business days to post it.
Payment, Security, Privacy
A: For purchases, the site collects info like name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, and payment details to fulfill your order, and may share delivery details with shipping/logistics partners (e.g., Canada Post, ChitChats).
A: Yes—the privacy policy describes cookies and tracking technologies, including tools like Google Analytics and Meta Platforms (Facebook) Pixel.
A: Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe / PayPal), and the site states it does not store full payment details on its servers.
A: You accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Debit cards are not accepted.
A: To reduce failed transactions and protect customers from fraud-related holds, we currently accept Visa/Mastercard and digital wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay). Debit cards are not supported at this time.
